Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines will be agreed in writing with each Client (via proposals, contracts, or order forms). 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.

Payment Terms

Fees and payment schedules will be agreed in writing before work begins. 

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. 

Late payments may incur interest in line with the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. 

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for unpaid invoices.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information received from the other party private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law. 

Data Protection & Privacy 

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Clients remain responsible for ensuring their own compliance with data protection laws when using our services (e.g., email marketing lists, customer data). 

Where we process personal data on your behalf, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may apply.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Shopify, LinkedIn). 

We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or data processing carried out by third-party services. 

Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: 

  • Loss of profits, business, or goodwill.
